• Improve the quality levels of the supply base ensuring consistent and high-quality standards
• Define product specifications, acceptance criteria, test plan and control protocol
• Conduct defect analysis, execute corrective and preventive actions
• Follow up with factory audit program and drive factories to enhance quality control
• Work closely with test labs, suppliers and customers on quality issues

• Quality Manager duties, handling telecom and electronic related ODMs in China

• Provide technical advice to Product Development and Engineering team in the aspect of safety, reliability and functionality requirements.
• Prepare QA and inspection specification.
• Perform product risk assessment, manufacturing process review and defect analysis.
• Liaise with 3rd party to establish product test plan and finalize lab test cost quotation.
• Manage outside lab test to ensure test report ready before shipment
• Review daily inspection result, work with factory on root cause analysis and corrective action plan.
• Review consumer returns, investigate potential root cause and implement corrective action.
• Manage social compliance audit and customer audit requirement.
• Knowledge of US & European toy regulations.
• Knowledge of ESG is a plus.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the Engineering team for Product development. Daily responsibilities include: 

• Plan, manage, and control engineering projects from costing to shipment.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary product development activities with customers and internal departments.
• Communicate and resolve all product, quality and manufacturing issues among customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Actively manage new product development and timelines to ensure all processes are on-track to meet committed delivery dates.
• Train and develop staff.
• Stationed in Shenzhen and regular business travel to South East Asia.
