• Assist the operation of the Finance Department 
• Prepare vouchers and journal entries in accurate and efficient manner
• Assist with month-end closing
• Support ad hoc tasks

• Perform accounting including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation and filing etc.

• Assist in administrative works

• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

• Manage receipts, payments, and employee reimbursements
• Conduct daily accounting tasks, including preparing vouchers, checks, bank receipts, payment transactions, and cash flow management
• Assist with month-end closings and annual audits
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and coordinate with overseas offices
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Occasionally deliver and collect packages from banks, CPAs, law firms, etc
• Support the manager and deputy general manager with ad-hoc projects as needed

• Perform daily accounting duties in relation to Accounts Payable
• Handle payments and reconciliation and the related update in the accounting system (SAP)
• Co-ordinate with internal and external vendors
• Provide general clerical support and administrative duties
• Ad hoc assignments as required
