My client is an MNC manufacturing company currently seeking an Assistant HR & Admin Manager to support business growth.


Responsibilities

Administration:

  • Oversee budget management and financial forecasting to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Supervise administrative assistants and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Coordinate general administrative tasks to support business functions.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as needed for management review.

Human Resources:

  • Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records for small team.
  • Administer MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) contributions and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts and other HR-related documentation.
  • Assist in the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.



Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledgeable about HK Employment Ordinance
  • Flexible, well-organized and able to perform multi-tasks independently
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese, and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Willing to work as part of a small team
