Our client, a leading multinational consumer goods corporation is looking for an Operation Assistant to join their team.


Responsibilities

• Handle payment coordination with internal & external parties

• Input data for system management (PowerBI)

• Responsible for event coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers and customers on premium sourcing and prepare point of sales materials 

• Execute daily order management and order follow up


Experience

• Fresh Graduates are welcome

• 1-3 years of working related experiences in an advantage

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word 

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
