With the changing needs of the markets and commitment towards sustainable development & growth in the regions, they are currently looking for a Financial talent to join the organization.


Responsibilities

• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management and stakeholders.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances to support strategic decision-making.

• Coordinate the annual budgeting process, including revenue projections and expense management for both markets.

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights for strategic planning.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.


Experience

An accountant with 8+ years of solid accounting & finance experience, preferably with retail industry experience. Knowledge in SAP. Past working experience in MNCs is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact with Business Units and external professionals. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You are proactive, self-motivated, agile in learning, open-minded and up for challenges.
