Adecco 2025 Campus Ambassador Program

Adecco Campus Ambassador Program is an exclusive program for university students across Hong Kong. Upon selection, you’ll get a taste of
real-world work experience, develop career skills, networking opportunities, complete specific challenges, and build your resume!
This year, we are aiming to scout for about 10 students to jump on board and take part in month-long adventure of activities with Adecco
from April – June, outside school hours.
- Trainings: Participate in exclusive training sessions designed to enhance your professional skills and boost your confidence in the job market.
- Career Skills: Gain valuable career skills that will set you apart, including resume writing, interview techniques, and real-world work experience.
- Assigned Mentor: Receive personalized guidance from an experienced mentor who will support your growth and help you navigate your career path.
- Networking: Connect with industry professionals, fellow ambassadors, and potential employers, expanding your professional network for future opportunities.
- Make Friends: Build lasting friendships with like-minded students who share your passion for career development and personal growth.

Who are we looking for?
- Current Year 1-4 students enrolled in local university in Hong Kong
- Be passionate about social media + content creation
- Interested in the recruitment or HR industry

1.Does a selected Ambassador need to come to the office?
Apart from the opening & closing ceremony that requires physical presence at office, the delivery of other training courses will be flexible based on the ambassador's situation. We offer a diverse range of courses and gatherings throughout the program, so the more you participate, the greater your benefits!
2.When the Campus Ambassador Program ends, will there be chance to become a full-time employer at Adecco?
We welcome potential talent to join us! If you have a passion for the recruitment or HR industry, ambassadors are encouraged to discuss potential opportunities with our consultants.
3.How can I apply for the Adecco Campus Ambassador Program?
University students can apply using the link above. Please attach your resume and include a self-introduction explaining why you would be a suitable campus ambassador. Your introduction can be in any format—written, illustrated, or video!
Terms & Conditions:
- This event is organized by Adecco Personnel Limited. The organizer reserves the right to modify the content of this program and the associated ambassador benefits. Additionally, the organizer retains the authority to review participant eligibility and make the final decisions regarding program regulations. Any changes will be announced on the official Adecco Hong Kong website.
- The organizer will collect basic personal information from registrants to ensure they meet the registration requirements. This information will be processed solely for the purpose of notifying applicants of competition results and conducting the event.
- Applicants declare and guarantee that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete. They confirm that they have not copied, plagiarized, misused, or misappropriated any third-party information and agree to provide proof of enrollment upon request from the organizer. Any false information, plagiarism, or failure to submit required documents may result in the cancellation of registration or admission. The relevant legal responsibilities shall be borne by the applicant; the organizer will not be liable for any resulting damages.
- The organizer will not be held responsible if event-related information cannot be communicated due to incomplete or incorrect details provided by participants.
- Adecco Personnel Limited will record, videotape, and photograph the event for documentation, research, and promotional purposes. By participating, you authorize Adecco to use your likeness in these materials, including public and online dissemination.
- All materials produced during this event, such as text, images, videos, and presentations, must be original and must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Copyright for all submitted materials will belong to the organizer. Participants agree to cooperate in the exhibition of results and related publicity. Failure to cooperate may result in cancellation of registration or admission.
- In cases of force majeure—such as natural disasters, epidemics, or power outages—the organizer reserves the right to change the event date and the announcement schedule.
- By completing the registration for this program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Adecco reserves the right to stop, cancel, withdraw, or postpone the program or disqualify any Campus Ambassador at any time, with or without notice.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Adecco will be final.
