Adecco Youth Development Program is designed to offer Graduates a unique opportunity to join one of the largest HR solutions company in the market, to get inspired and to be motivated to kickstart a career in Recruitment Industry. It is designed for genuine personalities and enthusiastic thinkers who are willing to learn every day. Able to adapt to the fast-changing world of work they must also be able to step out of their comfort zones.
The program provides an extended and progressive working experience for 12 months in a dedicated team.
Throughout the year, you will be provided with on-the-job coaching and a series of interactive trainings, conducted by expert speakers. You will learn more about the Adecco culture, the future of work and other related subjects. Participating youths will be able to equip themselves with essential career life skills for their future success in the workplace. Upon completion of the program, you will be considered for a permanent role in the company.
